Welcome to Asian Growth Initiative STL ("AGI STL").
By accessing or using https://agistl.org, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Purpose
AGI STL is a nonprofit organization dedicated to recruiting, retaining, and integrating Asian professionals, students, families, entrepreneurs, and businesses throughout the St. Louis region through networking, events, business directories, employment opportunities, and community engagement.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform and agree that all information you provide is accurate.
Accounts
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and notifying us if your account is compromised.
Community Guidelines
Users agree not to harass others, post illegal or harmful content, spam members, impersonate others, violate intellectual property rights, or misuse the platform. AGI STL reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts for violations.
Business Listings
Businesses are responsible for ensuring their information is accurate. AGI STL does not endorse or guarantee any listed business.
Events
Event organizers are responsible for event accuracy, registration, safety, and legal compliance. AGI STL is not responsible for cancellations or disputes involving third-party events.
Job Listings
Employers are solely responsible for hiring decisions, compensation, employment practices, and legal compliance. AGI STL does not guarantee employment opportunities.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted, all AGI STL branding, logos, graphics, text, and website design are the property of Asian Growth Initiative STL and may not be reproduced without permission.
User Content
Users retain ownership of content they submit while granting AGI STL a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the platform.
Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties regarding availability, accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AGI STL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.
Account Suspension
AGI STL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
Changes
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
